Shipping Policy

At Level Up Fitness, we are a service-based business providing access to fitness facilities, group classes, and personal training sessions. As such, we do not ship any physical goods as part of our services.
1. No Physical Products
We do not sell or deliver any tangible items or merchandise through our website at this time. All services—including memberships, bookings, and subscriptions—are delivered digitally and on-site at our gym locations throughout Malaysia.
2. Digital Delivery of Services
Upon successful payment:
- Memberships are activated immediately or on the date selected during sign-up.
- Access is granted via a membership card or wristband issued at your selected home club.
- Any receipts, confirmations, or membership agreements are delivered via email.
3. Physical Access Devices
If your membership includes a physical access device (e.g., card or wristband), it will be issued in person at your designated Level Up Fitness location. If lost or damaged, replacement may be requested at the front desk for a nominal fee.
