A walk through City Mall
Level Up Fitness City Mall is on the first floor of City Mall on Jalan Lintas, Luyang, Kota Kinabalu, across the road from the Sabah Golf & Country Club. It's the green glass building with the LEVEL UP sign along the top. There's an open-air car park out front, and our entrance is on the first-floor walkway under the white canopy.
The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday 7am to 8.30pm, Saturday 8am to 4.30pm and Sunday 12pm to 4.30pm, but members get in 24 hours a day. Cardio starts right behind the turnstiles, with treadmills lining the windows.
Upstairs on the training floor, pin-loaded machines run along full-height glass, free weights sit beside a lifting platform, and the turf has a rig and sleds. Ladies get their own screened-off area. At the top, the Main Studio hosts live LES MILLS® BODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT® and BODYJAM® classes, along with yoga, HIIT and stretch sessions. You can also join LES MILLS Virtual classes on the big screen, such as BODYPUMP Virtual and BODYCOMBAT Virtual.
Finish with a shower and the sauna in the changing rooms, which have hair dryers too. There's also a relax lounge with massage chairs. Sign up for Premium and you get unlimited group classes and every amenity at all 5 Premium clubs.
