A walk through MJC Batu Kawa
Level Up Fitness MJC is on Level 2 of Papillon Street Mall in MJC Batu Kawa New Township, Kuching. You can drive up onto the podium and park a few steps from the club, or take the escalator up from the street. Staff are in Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm and Saturday 1pm to 6pm, and members can let themselves in 24 hours a day.
Start at the member lounge, with its red sofas and keypad lockers for your valuables. A long corridor takes you past treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers and rowers facing windows full of trees. On the podium side are Technogym machines, dumbbells, squat racks and a lifting platform, plus functional turf for sled pushes, TRX and kettlebells.
At the far end is the Main Studio, a big wood-floored room full of daylight. It runs LES MILLS® BODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT® and LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™, plus yoga, Zumba and STRONG Nation. There's also a ladies-only area, and a kids corner so your little ones can play while you train.
After your workout, there's a timber sauna, and the changing rooms have lockers with built-in locks, showers and hair dryers, with towels provided. Then relax in a massage chair. As a Premium member, you get unlimited group classes and every amenity at all 5 Premium clubs.
