A walk through Kuala Terengganu
Level Up Fitness Xpress Kuala Terengganu is on the 4th floor of Wisma Arena, Jalan Kota Lama, in Kuala Terengganu. Big LEVEL UP letters and a red triangle run across the top floor, with the red 24HR GYM sign sticking out from the corner. At street level, find the grey LEVEL UP entrance marked "@ TINGKAT 4" and take the lift up.
Members can get in 24 hours a day. Our team is in from 1pm to 10pm every day except Friday. Inside, a big hall under a steel-truss roof holds pin-loaded machines in the middle, with treadmills and bikes along the tall windows looking over town. There's a free-weights zone with racks, benches and dumbbells too.
On the green turf you'll find a rig, battle ropes and sleds. The red-lit Virtual Cycling room has bikes facing a screen, and a large studio for group classes. Ladies have a room of their own behind the Ladies Only Area doors, with cardio, weights and town views.
When you're done, check your body composition with a quick scan, shower, then relax in the sauna. There's a surau and a member lounge too. With Xpress, the whole club is yours around the clock.
